Hospital Administrator

Dee Allen RVT, CVPM

Dee has been working in the veterinary industry since 1992, She earned her Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) license in 2009, and in 2012, she became the 36th in California to become a Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM) which is a designation known and appreciated as the highest level of credential for professional veterinary managers. Dee has an incredible passion for pets, and at the moment (working in the veterinary field, this number may change at any time!) but for now, she happily shares her love and her lap with a Sphynx cat named Frankie Skinatra and a Boston Terrier, Rocket-Billy and she just recently adopted a Great Dane named Elias.


Lead Technician

Daniel Tavares, RVT

Daniel Tavares has been working in the veterinary field since 2005. Daniel is sincerely devoted to giving each and every patient that walks through our doors gentle and compassionate care.

After growing up in Arizona, Daniel moved to California and met his wife, Stephanie. Daniel is a devoted Dad of two sons, Brody and Lucas.

When he’s not busy leading our Technician team, he enjoys spending quality time eating barbeque and working with wood.

Daniel and his family have a wiggly little Boston Terrier named “Murphy” and two kitties, “Jinx” and “Hobbs”.

Veterinary Assistants

Michelle - Veterinary Assistant

Laguna Niguel Veterinarian Michelle InksMichelle has been in the veterinary field since 2011. Her sweetness and big heart are what make her a great representative of Pacific Park. Traveling is her passion and she enjoys going to the beach, watching classic movies, listening to music, snowboarding, hiking, and cooking. Michelle lives with a sweet little Tortie kitty, named Momma that she adopted from here.


 


Sarah - Veterinary Assistant

Sarah has been in the veterinary field since 2013, she grew up in Orange County and her love of animals began with her very first steps!
When she is not her illuminating her sunshine and song here at Pacific Park Animal Hospital, you can find her reading a good book curled up with her two cats, Goblin a tuxedo kitty and Clover, a cute little black cat.
Sarah is currently attending Heritage College to become one of our next Registered Veterinary Technicians in the fall of 2016. Sarah and her husband Dave had their hearts stolen by their Rottweiler mix, Coo-Coo Ze Pants, a name very fitting to her!
Pacific Park Animal Hospital is absolutely thrilled to have Sarah a part of our dream team!

Erik - Veterinary Assistant

Erik grew up in Buena Park, CA and he not only has a love for animals, he also loves martial arts and dancing which inspired his second passion by performing at Disneyland in their many parades.
When he's not there wowing the crowds at Disneyland, he is here wowing our clients and patients with his great compassion and care. Erik's two dogs, Kuma, a Shih Tzu-Pomeranian mix and Zoey, a Pembroke Welsh Corgi also adore him and are two of his number one fans!


Jess - Veterinary Assistant

Jess Altman has been working in the veterinary field since 2014. Her dedication and intense passion for working with animals and learning everything about them allows her to provide top-notch customer service and nurturing care to all of our patients.

After growing up in the Kansas City Metro Area, Jess moved to Orange County in early 2014. When she isn’t serving our clients and patients, Jess enjoys curling up on the couch with her two Basset Hounds, “Lola” and “Hello Dottie”, who both enjoy listening to Jess practice music on one of the seven instruments she plays. You may also catch her scouring the tide pools of Southern California and exploring the California coast.

Kaitlyn - Client Care Representative

Kaitlyn has been giving excellent care to veterinary clients since 2015. She was born and raised in Montana where she met her husband when they were both only 12 years old.

In her spare time she loves spoiling her two dogs, “Duke”, a Boxer mix and little “Delilah”, a Chihuahua mix. Kaitlyn and her husband also enjoy exploring California and going to Disneyland, she is also a horse lover and when she lived back in Montana she was even a Rodeo Princess!
 

Amanda - Client Care Representative

Amanda has many years of experience working with pets, from being a certified dog trainer to rescue work. She is currently attending a Veterinary Technician program with aspirations to become a Registered Veterinary Technician. She has a passion to continue her love for rescuing pets and to pursue her love of learning new things!

Amanda grew up in Illinois, where she married her best friend Matthew, together they have three children, along with their two rescue dogs, “Hades”, a Shepherd/retriever mix and “Mia”, a Hound mix.
 

Heather - Client Care Representative

Heather Hazell has been working in the veterinary field for about 8 years. Raised in Orange County, Heather spread her wings to live and experience life aboard in Europe. After two years of travel and living in Germany, Heather has returned to America with her one and only son Norbert, a French Bulldog.

When she and Norbert are not at work, you can find them working on her boat, going for a hiking, doing yoga, spin, and finding new areas to explore (land or sea). 

Sarah - Veterinary Assistant

Sarah has been working in the veterinary field since 2013. Sarah plans to advance her veterinary career by going to veterinary school, with dreams as a veterinarian to work with wildlife non-profit, to help animals affected by habitat loss and climate change. Pacific Park Animal Hospital is very fortunate to have Sarah as a part of our team to share her determination, attention to detail, and compassion for her patients and their human families.

When Sarah is not busy caring for her patients or the environment she is actively springboard diving with her local college, enjoying the ocean surf, or snowboarding and of course spoiling her two dogs, Scout and Leo; and cat, Mitochondria (Mito).
