The Pacific Park Animal Hospital Story

Pacific Park Animal Hospital StoryPacific Park Animal Hospital was opened in March 1989 and originally located on Moulton Avenue. It was the offspring of a young ambitious veterinarian, Dr. Peter Weinstein. The focus of the hospital from the start was to provide full service veterinary care at the highest level available. The staff was handpicked to offer quality, compassion and care for both the four-legged children and their two legged parents.

In 1994, Pacific Park Animal Hospital moved into its new location in the Plaza de La Paz Shopping Center to take advantage of a larger site and more visibility. Shortly after the move, we recognized that we could use even more space and quickly took advantage of the open space recently vacated next door.

In 2012, Dr. Lisa Mandelin took on the challenging and rewarding task of leading the doctors and staff of Pacific Park Animal Hospital. Rounding out our team of outstanding veterinarians is Dr. Dion Moffatt - Steenis and Dr. Katie Bennett.  They are both passionate about veterinary medicine, and are known to be sticklers for quality veterinary care.

All the doctors, nurses, technicians, receptionists, and animal care attendants strive to provide top-level care and service to our clients and patients. We are here to care for pets and their people.
